- Now rotate it in clockwise direction slowly to increase speed
- User can see the variation in signal output on CRO
CRANKSHAFT SENSOR
- 2 wire sensor
- Operating voltage: +12V DC
- Signal Output: Square wave shape on CRO
- A +6V motor is place for simulation of crankshaft operation
- Switch ON the motor for simulation of cranckshaft
- MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR (MAP)
- 3 wire sensor
- Operating voltage: +12V DC
- Signal Output: 3.3V DC @ 0 Bar and 4.5V DC @ 1 Bar Pressure
A virtual pressure source is place for simulation of MAP operation.
Initially put the pressure regulator on compressor in fully anticlockwise direction and rotate in clockwise direction slowly up to 1 Bar pressure
External pressure from compressor in the range of 0 ~ 1 Bar to see the signal output on DPM.
MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR (MAF)
- 5 wire sensor
- Operating voltage: +12V DC
- Reference voltage: +5V DC
- Signal Output: 1.05V DC @ zero flow and vary upto 1.2V on air flow
- A air blower is place for simulation of MAF operation
- Apply the external air flow from blower to see the signal output on DPM.
